Bryan is the founding partner and shareholder of Central PA-based law firm, Salzmann Hughes, P.C. After decades of dedicated service to his municipal and private sector clients and to his community, Bryan identified a need for a specialized form of consulting that focused on merging project management with funding and financing strategies – thus GMS Funding Solutions was born.

Clients frequently sought assistance with the pursuit of competitive grants and favorable term loans, financial and economic analyses, permitting, project budgeting, and timeline achievement. GMS was created to fulfill these needs and has since evolved into a full-service consulting model.

In addition to Bryan's 20+ years of law practice specializing in land use, zoning and environmental issues, municipal law, and commercial and residential real estate, he has served as a Board Member and/or Solicitor to various forms of municipal governmental bodies, as well as economic development corporations. 

Fun facts:  Bryan’s on-court aggressive nature and three-pointer precision earned him a long-standing reputation at the University of Scranton, where his domineering presence shuttered opponents on the basketball courts. Some (Bryan) liken his three-point shooting skills to those of Ray Allen. Nowadays, after raising six children with his wife Susan, Bryan serves parishioners and the greater community as a Deacon with the Saint Patrick Catholic Parish in Carlisle.
