CityGate Corporate Center
Assistance from the Business in Our Sites Program, including a $2 million grant and $3 million loan, was deployed to remediate and redevelop 9-acres of vacant, formerly industrial land into two professional medical office buildings, known as the CityGate Corporate Center in the City of Lancaster.
