
C.C. Kraber,
Project Manager
C.C. Kraber serves GMS as a Project Manager, drawing from her prior experience in state government and emergency services management and funding. C.C. spent nearly two decades in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives where she served as a Research Analyst, Project Manager and Legislative Director. As a Research Analyst and Project Manager, C.C.’s work focused on health care, insurance, liquor control, and criminal and judicial procedure. Partnering with the House Democratic Leader’s office, C.C. played a key role in the development of Caucus research and analysis behind the Medical Care Availability and Reduction of Error Act (MCARE Act) and the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development and Gaming Act, and she later served as a staff representative on the Governor’s Task Force on Child Protection. As Director of the Legislative Research & Policy Office, C.C. cultivated relationships with state lawmakers, officials in the Governor’s office, and industry stakeholders, and she played a pivotal role in training and mentoring research staff.
Prior to joining GMS, C.C. served as Client Services Manager and Sales Executive at Cornerstone Adminisystems, where she partnered with emergency medical services providers across the Commonwealth and several other states to help them navigate the complicated network of rules and regulations governing ground ambulance services reimbursement and facilitated the design, development, and distribution of member-drive fundraising campaigns.

C.C. and her fiancé, Zuren, live in Camp Hill with their beloved, four-legged feline companions – Mackers, Beatrice and Cordelia. C.C. and Zuren enjoying traveling, cooking, live music and visiting wineries, breweries and coffee shops.
