Analyst
Kira is a Franklin County native from Chambersburg, PA and a proud third-generation graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Kira completed her double major in Political Science and Communications/Journalism with a Public Relations concentration in May 2022.
During her time at Shippensburg, Kira was actively involved in leadership roles across academic and social organizations. She served as Director of Finance for the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA), Women’s Greek Life Senator for the Student Government Association, and a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the Political Science Honor Society. As a dedicated member of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority, she held key leadership positions, including Vice President of Chapter Development and Junior Class Standards Representative, while contributing to various committees. Now, as an alumna, she continues her involvement by serving on the Collegiate Chapter Advisory Board.
Kira began her journey at GMS during her senior year of college as a Research Intern, gaining valuable hands-on experience. She now collaborates with a range of clients across Pennsylvania, helping to secure funding for critical local initiatives. Her work supports projects ranging from municipal facility upgrades and infrastructure improvements to roadway enhancements, stormwater management, and the development of recreational amenities. Kira’s optimistic, positive attitude allows her to think outside the box, ensuring projects move forward with collaboration and efficiency. She takes pride in making a tangible impact on local communities by helping turn their vision into reality through strategic funding solutions.

When she’s not in the office, Kira loves exploring local breweries, enjoying live music, or putting her knowledge to the test at trivia night. At home, she’s often binging a new TV series or hosting a competitive game night with friends. Most importantly, you’ll find her passionately cheering on her Philly sports teams—especially the Philadelphia Eagles. Go Birds!
